RESIDENT POLICIES

Policies & Documents

When you become part of the Sunstone community, the policies & documents you’ll sign are to protect your rights and ensure that protocols are followed for the safety and well-being of everyone on our campus.

Residents sign each of these policies during the intake and orientation process.  The policies are provided so that you can become familiar with them prior to applying for residency.  You can review them here at your convenience.

Relapse Policy

Sunstone residents are given grace and respect to work through challenges in early recovery. Should relapse occur, we work directly with you and your treatment provider to identify the best plan to move forward.

Resident Rights

You have rights and responsibilities while living in the Sunstone community and interacting with staff and fellow residents.

Good Neighbor Policy

It’s important that we bring value to the neighborhood and community by being good neighbors.

Grievance Policy

You have a voice that deserves to be heard. Should an issue occur, Sunstone has a policy in place to safely report concerns or issues.

Prescribed Medication Policy

Sunstone believes that our residents need access to prescribed medications that improve your overall health, free from stigma and judgement.

Resident Agreement

It’s important to know what is expected of you and what to expect from our staff.
