At Sunstone
We provide safe, structured housing for people living with substance use disorder (SUD) while working closely with them to rebuild their lives as stable, productive adults. Assisting residents in developing healthy routines is our top priority, with the ultimate goal of restoring enjoyment and happiness to their lives.
Recovery Housing
Recovery housing involves far more than just sharing a roof with others living with SUD. During their time with us, residents are instructed on how to identify the pieces of their lives which require rebuilding.
Through our community partners, Sunstone provides the necessary tools and resources to achieve these goals. From structured medication management to developing job skills to connecting with long-term housing, Sunstone residents will depart with a renewed sense of purpose and empowerment.
Our Location
Sunstone’s residence is centrally located in Cincinnati, providing convenient access to outpatient treatment centers throughout the metro area. Nearby bus routes run 24 hours a day and stop within 0.2 miles of Sunstone. Grocery stores, restaurants, churches, parks and entertainment all surround the property.
Our Affiliations
ORH is a state affiliate of the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR). As such, ORH creates and maintains standards of excellence for recovery housing in Ohio that meet expectations of NARR, and it provides opportunities for peer reviews that regularly document an ongoing commitment to ORH quality standards. ORH affirms the necessity of a continuum of care to adequately address the total needs of people recovering from addiction.
NARR’s mission is to support persons in recovery from addiction by improving their access to quality recovery residences through standards, support services, placement, education, research and advocacy.
