Sunstone’s property provides housing for up to 50 residents in 10 newly renovated condominiums. Each 5-person unit has been fully updated. Every building offers new flooring, plumbing, countertops, vanities, showers and so much more. In addition, the Sunstone staff sourced all new furniture that is practical, comfortable and easily cleaned.

Environment.

Providing a residential environment that promotes wellness, balance and productivity is a cornerstone of Sunstone’s model.

Our buildings offer the following highlights:

  • Kitchens are fully equipped with refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, dishwashers, dishware, cookware and everyday essentials.
  • Bedrooms are outfitted with twin beds that offer unique built-in storage. Residents are provided personal message boards to display photos or write inspirational affirmations.
  • Bathrooms are updated with new showers, sinks, toilets and vanities.
  • Private patios offer space for outdoor furniture, a grill, gardening and play space for when children come to visit.

Sunstone provides each resident with a “Fresh Start” basket that includes a new:

  • Sheet set
  • Comforter
  • Pillow
  • Towel set
  • Hygiene kit
  • Laundry product(s)

Onsite Staff.

The Sunstone administrative team is located on campus.

Our administrative office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.  The staff are routinely seen working with residents on the property and the convenience of being centrally located offers immediate access, oversight and assistance.

For those with vehicles, Sunstone provides 12 parking spaces that are available to staff, residents and guests.  Parking on the street is also readily accessible and convenient.

Our Mission

At Sunstone, our mission is to redefine recovery housing by providing safe, structured support for individuals in all stages of recovery – including those using medication-assisted treatment, abstinence-based models, or other medically supported approaches. Through personalized care, strong community, and purposeful routine, we help residents build the foundation for lasting recovery, self-sufficiency, and long-term success.
